Unfortunately. we're not delivering nationwide at this time, however, you're able to order from our friends at Best Craft Beer for delivery to anywhere in South Africa.

Our normal delivery times will be within 24-48 hours of your order being placed.   

Due to the current extreme demand, we won’t be able to meet our 24-48 hour delivery window for orders placed from May 25th to June 5th. You can expect a delivery delay of 5-7 days from 1 June 2020, depending on when you place your order. 

Once we’ve caught up from the initial rush, we’ll be back to our 24-48 hour delivery times – cause the freshest beer is the best beer! 

Legally we'll only be able to begin our deliveries when Level 3 starts on June 1st. We are also not allowed to facilitate any collections from the Taproom during Level 4.

If you'd like to secure your stock with an online order, please use “0000” as your Postal Code when you check out and you will be able to select the “Collect at Jack Black’s Taproom” option. 

Go to the product you’d like to order, select your preferred quantity and then click on the red box that says “Add to Waiting List” and you’ll receive an email notification from us as soon as the product is back in stock.

It's possible that your area currently falls out of our Delivery Areas list.

If you fall within our areas and are still struggling with the payment, it could be because your payment has timed-out and the processing has taken too long through your bank. Please try again or contact us on ordersonline@jackblackbeer.com and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can. 

If you’ve made a mistake with your order, perhaps you’ve put in the wrong details and need to change something, please get in touch by emailing us on: ordersonline@jackblackbeer.com and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can. 

We'll be pouring Jack Black Growlers from the Taproom as of Level 3. We're currently working on making Growlers available to pre-book online. However, in the meantime, please join us at the Taproom for our Drive-Through service to get your Jack Black Growlers. 

You sure can! Simply go to the product you’d like to order, select your preferred quantity and then click on the red box that says “Add to Waiting List” and you’ll receive an email notification from us as soon as the Limited Release becomes available.
