We’re incredibly stoked to announce, on todays’ World Oceans Day, our new Pint for a Purpose is the amazing Sentinel Ocean Alliance.

Sentinel Ocean Alliance is a Hout Bay-based initiative that creates ocean-based opportunities & provides environmental education for the youth of SA’s coastal communities.

S.O.A. was founded by Frank Solomon, a professional big wave surfer who grew up in the area. Frank realised he’d been given the opportunity to have a career as a pro surfer due to his learnings & experiences with the ocean as a boy & wanted to help create opportunities for young people in the community too.

We caught up with Frank recently at the Sentinel Ocean Alliance to talk a bit more about what they do and why they do it – watch HERE.
